With a degree in Sociology from McMaster University and nearly 15 years of corporate leadership experience with Target and Home Depot, Tracy has built her career around understanding people’s needs, managing complex operations, and delivering reliable service. Her background in retail merchandising sharpened her ability to stay organized, lead with empathy, and create solutions that genuinely reduce stress.
Above all, Tracy is deeply passionate about helping individuals and families — especially seniors — navigate life changes with dignity and care. As a dedicated mom and community-minded leader, she understands how emotional and overwhelming transitions can feel, and she believes no one should go through them alone.
